Paveletskaya Plaza

Paveletskaya Plaza was originally designed to be an underground shopping center, offering a distinct advantage of direct access to the Paveletskaya Metro. This shopping mall is composed of 190 stores, a gastronomic area that serves cuisine from various countries, and aims to create a cultural mosaic. Notably, a landscape park is located on the ground floor, setting it apart from other shopping centers.

Apex Project bureau developed the project based on the concept of 5+design studio and landscape design, which will revitalize the neglected train station area that has been abandoned for decades. The development site, which takes on the shape of an irregular trapezium, will become a new oasis within the Garden Ring, featuring lantern-framed entrances that lead to the underground section, small architectural structures, and a rooftop park.
