Spanning a massive space of 25,000 m2, the center offers a variety of facilities, including numerous meeting rooms, conference halls, restaurant, and administrative offices. The building boasts a unique design, featuring a semi-transparent perimeter “shield” made of bronze mesh, an imposing corridor encircling all three sides, and a main building flanked by a wide reflection pool. The site also features semi-open corridors and glass wall systems, creating a perfect balance of light and shade in the interiors. The TlCC has already received numerous awards and accolades. lt was honored with “The Best Public Building” lnternational Architecture Award during the lnternational Property Awards. lt was also recognized at the Cityscape Awards for Architecture held in Dubai, where it received top honors in the “Best Public Category” category.
