Bursa Can House

Can Evi is situated in the Mudanya region of Bursa, occupying approximately 10 acres of forested land to the north and a residential area consisting mainly of 2-storey houses constructed in the latter half of the 1900s, which have now been integrated into the urban landscape.

The original dwelling on the property, which had previously served as accommodation for local families and had reached the end of its useful life, was removed and replaced with the current Can House. Throughout the construction process, the owner made great efforts to carefully preserve the landscaping of the previous structure, including all trees and plants on the premises, which are now integral to the overall landscape of Can Evi.
