Bodrum Loft

Located on a steeply sloping terrain with a topography of more than 50%, Torba is a village situated on the Aegean coast. Within this area, there are 38 long-term residence units, predominantly consisting of flexible and dividable duplex villas with 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms.

The intention behind the design was to create dynamic living spaces centered around a courtyard, with a strong emphasis on outdoor living. This “house complex” comprises multiple connected areas, with patios linking all units and residents together. Whenever feasible, the terrain has been utilized to benefit the construction, by embeding it into the landscape.
